We hope this note will help address the Frequently Asked Questions many that are interested may have.

What if I can’t make the 1st day of training?

That’s okay. But you are more than welcome to join us at our Tues/Thurs 6AM class. Every class we’ll do something different, so if you miss a day it doesn’t necessarily mean you have been “left behind”.


I can only attend on certain days and NOT all 12 sessions.

Drop-in Fee per class = $30
Pre-Pay Fee per class (2 or more) = $25

How do I pre-register to receive the $50 discount?

Pre-Registration is $300 for ALL 12 sessions.

Please make sure to register one student at a time and list each individuals name.

When does advance registration end?
Registration AFTER April 3, 2010 is $350 forALL 12 sessions.

How should I pay when I get there?
CASH is preferred, but check will be accepted. Sorry, no credit or debit cards.

What is Plyometrics?
Plyometrics is type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful and “explosive” movements generally for the purpose of improving performance in a specific sport. Jumping movements using your own body weight or at times, medicine balls.

Is it a KickBoxing class?
No. Location of the School of Hard KNOXX Fitness Camp takes place at the world renowned American Kickboxing Academy, however you will not be taught to fight, grapple or put someone in a rear naked chokehold (unless requested by popular demand) ☺

I’m not “in shape” yet, so maybe I should wait till the next series of Fitness Camps to start, right?
The purpose why Josh and Mona Liza have collaborated together is to offer the average person the opportunity to train as elite Champion athletes. Overall fitness is our passion. As with any program, one’s progress will be gradual. Everyone will be at different fitness levels and cardiovascular capacity. We will push and challenge you… but we will also encourage you to do YOUR personal best. Our mission is to motivate each one of our students having them leave our class feeling empowered, not defeated.
